Jhakaas Digital Pvt. Ltd. provides this public path for concerns about programmes, episodes, advertising, and other content available through Jhakaas.

Effective 30 August 2026

What you can report

Use this channel for a good-faith concern about:

  • programme or episode classification, content descriptors, or access controls.
  • material you believe is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights concerns.
  • advertising or sponsored content shown within the viewer experience.
  • subtitles, accessibility information, or a material content-description error.

Information that helps us review

  • Identify the content: programme, series, season, episode, advertisement, or page.
  • Give the location: link and timestamp or scene, where relevant.
  • Explain the concern: what happened, who is affected, and the outcome you are requesting.
  • For rights complaints: identify the protected work or right and explain your authority to act for the rights holder.
  • Provide a reply address: use an email you monitor so we can confirm receipt or ask a focused question.

Do not include passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details, or unrelated personal data.

How the complaint process works

01

Acknowledgement

We record the complaint and provide a reference where available. For grievances covered by applicable Indian digital-media rules, we aim to acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.

02

Assessment

The relevant team reviews the identified content, context, rights, classification, and applicable law. We may ask for information needed to understand or verify the complaint.

03

Outcome

We communicate the decision or action through the email you provide. For covered grievances, we aim to communicate a decision within 15 days of receipt.

Timelines may depend on whether a complaint includes enough information and on any urgent preservation, legal, or safety requirements. Your statutory and consumer remedies are not limited by this process.

Submit a content complaint

Use one form per programme, episode, advertisement, or related issue so the review remains clear.

Please do not include passwords, OTPs, or full payment-card details.

If you disagree with the outcome

Reply to the outcome email with the complaint reference and explain what you believe was missed. We will route the follow-up through the applicable grievance process. You may also use any further redressal or appeal available under applicable law.
